I knew Ali back at my days in muvee. We didn’t talk much then as we were in different departments. I was in Sales, Ali was in Software Development. So, in many ways, I was quite surprised and at the same time, delighted that Ali still remembered me when it was his turn to tie the knot. There is always that extra something when you document a wedding of someone you actually know personally, a connection that goes beyond a photographer-client relationship. For me, it was also a reunion with former colleagues, many whom I’ve not met ever since I left muvee.
