Rob & Kris at Alkaff Mansion

Kris is a personal friend whom I’ve known for a couple of years. When she asked me if I would be her wedding photographer, naturally I said yes. It was definitely a tremendous honour to be tasked with something so important. Being the photographer at a friend’s wedding is interesting in many ways. The one that strikes me the most is there is always that very strong urge to do very well for a friend, not saying that I do any less for my other wedding couples. That aside, I think I really enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere at Rob & Kris’. If you think about it, wedding is after all an opportunity to catch up with family members whom you’ve not seen in a while and old friends. Catching up has always been a chill affair.
