The one thing I always tell my wedding couples doing Pre-Wedding sessions is to do something that has special significance to them. It goes beyond just having pretty pictures and delves into something that has a much deeper meaning. That’s exactly what I love about the Pre-Wedding series that I did for Alex & Yik Hui. It goes beyond just having pretty backdrops, it tells a story, it gives the images a sense of place and time and most important of all, it holds memories that are very dear to both of them as a couple. That’s what photography has always been for me. It preserves a slice of our memory.
