Yes, you heard me. I’m planning for a trip to Florence and Venice in April 2009. I’m inviting 3 couples (yes, only 3 couples) to join me on this trip. Dates are tentatively set at Apr 6 – 21. It’ll be early spring so the weather is pretty nice.

Is this trip confirmed or still dependent on how many couples would be flying there?
So long I have at least 2 couples flying to Italy, I can safely say that this trip is more or less confirmed. Believe me, I’m probably more excited about this trip than you are!

I’ll be having a wedding in Italy or somewhere near Italy in Apr 2009. Would you be opened to the idea of being the photographer of my wedding?
Of course, I’ll be delighted to. Just drop me a mail and I’ll personalize a wedding package specially for you.

Any indicative cost?
Package starts from $6,500 and includes my signature series Classic FineArt photo album. Photos will be printed on Hahnemühle German Etching fine art paper. Also, you need not worry about budgeting for my air fare, accommodation and daily expenses as the package price includes all that. All you need to worry is how to get there and how to have fun when you’re there. 🙂

Any make-up/hair-stylist for this shoot?
At the moment, I have not made any plans for this yet. One option is to fly a make-up artist whom you’re familiar with from home (Singapore). The other option is to look for one in Italy and would probably cost a lot less. Yet another option is to do the make-up yourself. This is by far the most common option among my couples who follow me on overseas trips. Generally, my style of photography isn’t overly sensitive to make-up details as I favor a more natural and candid look. As a matter of fact, light make-up will do just fine. Soon enough, you’ll be enjoying the sights of Italy and that is precisely what I want my couples to do – have fun!

I’m interested. What do I do?
Well, give me a call at my mobile – 97935980 or drop me an email at brianho@thegaleria.com. Like I’ve said earlier, limited to only 3 couples!

April 2009 is a little too early for me. Do you have another trip planned?
Well, there might be another one planned for Paris and Prague later in August 2009 but that’s still too early to say. I’m planning for a shoot in Perth sometime in end October 2009.

If you go to the lakes in Northern Italy we have a holiday flat near Lake Maggiore which might be nice for a backdrop.. depending if we have people staying there or not.. my husband Stephen is also a wedding photographer here in England.(Sylvia…www.selfcateringitaly.co.uk)
