The white streak of light is actually a rainbow. “Why didn’t you take that in color?”. Good question. It was a cold cold morning and it was drizzling too..and the rain drops were ice cold. I wasn’t expecting to see a rainbow and I only had black & white film loaded in my camera. So, when I saw the rainbow, I decided to finish the black & white roll and load in a color one but my hands froze and it took me a good 2 minutes to load in a new color roll. By then, the rainbow has disappeared into the horizon. The interesting part was Glen, my buddy who was with me dropped his D70 just before the rainbow appeared. So, we were at the right place and the right time, but no camera. Really felt like we were both caught with our pants down. Just our luck I guess.
